No Refunds or Returns Policy

We take pride in the quality and effectiveness of our products. However, due to the nature of our skincare items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products once they have been opened or used. 
In addition to this, due to the products being of a natural nature they may have strong scents to them from their organic ingredients.

For any issues related to the product (such as damage during shipping or incorrect orders), please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

Eligible returns are only accepted within the 14 days returns period upon receiving the product.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there are missing items, there's damage to the product or you have received the incorrect product. After 7 days have surpassed from you receiving the product it is at our discretion wether we can offer a refund or exchange.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to the nature of the items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
